My salesperson, Andy Beittel, was really great. He had the car sold on options alone before I even drove it. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything, and we went through it all for over an hour before we even took it off the lot. It was great to see that much attention paid to the details. He even went out to his car to retrieve his personal SD card to demonstrate how that feature worked. It was very clear that, not only did he know everything there was to know about the car, he was very excited to show me, and so I got excited about it as well. I will recommend Andy to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I test drove five cars before this one (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Saab, Lexus), and my experience with Andy and the CC was the best, hands down. Also, I don't know the name of the person who handled my financial paperwork, but she was also very helpful and super sweet. VW must be a great place to work!

Dealing with Andy B., Simo and Cheryl @ Wynn was a pleasure.
